Salt Fork Resort & Conference Center features 148 guestrooms and 54 cottages nestled along the water's edge of Salt Fork Lake, perfect for a quiet and romantic weekend getaway or a fun-filled family reunion. Lodge Rooms

The lodge offers 148 guestrooms full of rustic charm including king, double, bunk, and hospitality rooms. Each room offers a balcony or patio, overlooking either the outdoor pool or the scenic hills and woods of southeast Ohio, free parking, central air-conditioning and daily housekeeping service. Many units offered are non-smoking and may adjoin the next room. While room locations cannot be pre-assigned or guaranteed, preferences will be noted and honored whenever possible.

52 Double Rooms. These comfortable rooms offer two double beds, a refrigerator, cable television, small table and chairs, AM/FM clock radio, telephone with voice mail, coffee maker, combined bathtub and shower and full bath. Double rooms adjoin to our queen hospitality rooms.

36 King Rooms. These spacious rooms have one king size bed, refrigerator, small table and chairs and recliner. This room also features cable television, AM/FM clock radio, telephone with voice mail, coffee maker, refrigerator and combined bathtub and shower. King rooms adjoin to our bunkrooms.

32 Bunk Rooms. These cozy rooms, which are great for families, include two double beds and one set of bunk beds. This room also features a refrigerator, small table and chairs, cable television, AM/FM clock radio, telephone with voice mail, and combined bathtub and shower. Bunkrooms adjoin to king rooms.

6 Queen Hospitality Suites. These large and inviting rooms offer one queen size bed, sitting area, large table and chairs, refrigerator, wet bar, and microwave. This room also features cable television, AM/FM clock radio, telephone with voice mail, coffee maker and combined bathtub and shower. Queen hospitality rooms adjoin to double rooms.

22 Poolside Walkouts. These rooms are very popular during the summer months and offers either double or bunk bed configuration; patios open directly to outdoor pool area. This room also features a refrigerator, small table and chairs, cable television, AM/FM clock radio, telephone with voice mail, and combined bathtub and shower.

Limited accessibility rooms are available in double, bunk, and king rooms.

High-speed Internet is available in some guest rooms. Daily charge is $9.95 and the weekly charge is $29.95. 

Cottages

The resort offers 54 spacious and inviting two-bedroom cottages, which offers many of the comforts and conveniences of home including, central heating and air conditioning, full kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Linen exchange is available upon request. Cottages do not receive daily housekeeping service.

Hillside Cottages: 28 Hillside cottages are set uphill from both the road and lake. Each cottage consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, sleeping six comfortably. This cottage is equipped with full bath with shower stall, central air conditioning, cable television, coffee maker, basic cooking and eating utensils, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire rings for small campfires. Bed and bath linens are included. Most have views of the lake and include screened porches with picnic tables and lawn chairs.

Hillside Deluxe Cottage: One Hillside Deluxe Cottage is set uphill from both the road and lake.  The cottage consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed perfect for couples.  This cottage features a full bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower, vanity and dressing area, central air conditioning, cable television with 27" screen, VCR, DVD and CD playing capabilities.  The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, basic cooking and eating utensils.  Outside is a picnic table on the deck, charcoal grill and fire ring for small campfires.  Bed and bath linens are included. The enclosed porch with a dining table and four chairs has a nice view overlooking the lake and surrounding wooded areas. 
Lakeside Cottages: 8 Lakeside cottages are set on beautiful Salt Fork Lake. Each cottage consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, sleeping six comfortably. This cottage is equipped with full bath with shower stall, central air conditioning, screened porch, cable television, coffee maker, basic cooking and eating utensils, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire rings for small campfires. Bed and bath linens are included.

Chalet Cottages: 17 Chalet cottages are set next to the lake. The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds sleeping six comfortably. This cottage is equipped with full bath with shower stall, central air conditioning, cable television, coffee maker, basic cooking and eating utensils, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire rings for small campfires. Bed and bath linens are included. These cottages also feature a gas fireplace and private hot tub on the screened porch overlooking beautiful Salt Fork Lake.

Cottages also include: Alarm clock, Housekeeping closet with broom, dustpan, mop and bucket, and vacuum cleaner.

Cottage Boat launch and docks: The Cottage Docks are intended for use by Cottage and Lodge guests. Slips are filled on a first come, first served basis. Boat rentals and fuel are available for purchase at nearby Sugertree Marina.

The cottages do not have phones, however, there are payphones located in the cottage area.

Please note that our lodge, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, provides a smoke-free environment to park guests. We ask that this non-smoking policy be observed in all public areas, including the Dining room. Smoking is permitted outside the public buildings. We thank you for your cooperation.

The Resort is a liquor permit holder, and in accordance with the Ohio Liquor Laws, alcoholic beverages purchased off premises are not permitted. Again, we thank you for your cooperation.
