Located in the lovely rural setting of southeastern Ohio, Salt Fork Resort & Conference Center offers one of the most unique dining experiences in the area. The rustic atmosphere of the Lodge lends itself to a range of dining events from casual or family friendly dining to intimate or formal affairs. The dramatic space of Timbers Restaurant is a combination of high ceilings, rustic ambiance and historic murals. Able to accommodate over 150 patrons, the restaurant is open to the public, offers weekend specials and is family friendly. Enjoy our warm and generous staff and an unparalleled vista of Salt Fork Lake from the floor to ceiling windows. We are dedicated to providing a wide variety of delicious entrees for each meal, but no matter what you choose, always save room for dessert - we won't disappoint.
Hours of Operation:
Breakfast served 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch served 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner served 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(open until 9:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday evenings)
Extended hours from mid-May through September
Breakfast begins at 7:00 a.m.
Dinner served until 9:00 p.m.
(open until 10:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday evenings)
Dress code is casual.
Please note that our lodge, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, provides a smoke-free environment to park guests. We ask that this non-smoking policy be observed in all public areas, including the Dining room. Smoking is permitted outside the public buildings and in specified guestrooms. We thank you for your cooperation.
The Resort is a liquor permit holder, and in accordance with the Ohio Liquor Laws, alcoholic beverages purchased off premises are not permitted. Again, we thank you for your cooperation.
As a reminder, public areas (i.e. Upper and Lower Lobby Areas) are for the enjoyment of all guests. Our company policy requires that food be purchased through the resort and consumed only in the dining room, lounge or private meeting room. Therefore, no food is to be consumed in the public areas. Private meeting rooms are available through the Sales Office for larger gatherings.
